1. Conduct Waste Operational Health Check
   Our experienced consultants will evaluate your current waste disposal service plan taking into account the unique needs of your business, current market pricing, our knowledge of new technologies, your current waste hauler relationship or relationships, and future growth considerations.  Through this process we will identify opportunities for right-sizing and savings.
    
2. Present Health Check Recommendations 
   We will deliver and present a list of recommendations for optimization of the current waste disposal service plan.   These recommendations include a detailed correlation to savings that will be derived through the implementation of the recommendations.  This financial analysis will detail the amount of money you will save.
    
3. Gain Approval for New Waste Disposal Service Plan
   Working with you, we will finalize the plan to ensure it fits your unique business situation.  Once we gain agreement on the plan, then Corporate Waste Systems will implement and manage the plan for the entire length of our agreement.  
    
4. Monitor and Manage the Plan 
   We will continue to monitor and manage your plan to ensure your waste service providers are delivering the service you ordered, are not overcharging you, and are not including erroneous items in the billing.  We will also provide quarterly reports to detail the savings achieved through Corporate Waste Systems.
